This policy explains what information Eagle Aviation ("we," "us") collects through eagleaviationhq.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple: we collect what we need to schedule flights and stay in touch, and we do not sell your information.

What we collect

• Contact and inquiry details — name, email, phone number, and your message when you submit our contact or training-interest form.
• Booking details — name, email, phone number, and your chosen date and time when you reserve a discovery flight or lesson.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. Card numbers go directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection and never touch our servers. We see only confirmation of payment and the details needed for receipts and refunds.
• Technical basics — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, to run and secure the site.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiries and schedule discovery flights, training, and flight reviews.
• To send booking confirmations, reminders, receipts, and refund notices.
• To meet FAA and TSA record requirements that apply to flight training.
• To keep the website secure and working.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us operate, and only what they need:

• Stripe — payment processing (Stripe privacy policy).
• HubSpot — our customer database, where inquiries and bookings are stored.
• Cloudflare — website hosting and security.
• Google Maps — the map embedded on our contact page loads from Google and is subject to Google's privacy policy.

We never sell or rent your personal information. We disclose information beyond the above only if required by law or regulation.

Email and text messages

We contact you about your bookings and inquiries. If we send anything promotional, you can opt out anytime by replying or using the unsubscribe link, and we will stop.

Retention and your choices

• We keep inquiry and booking records as long as needed to serve you and to meet FAA/TSA training-record requirements.
• You can ask what we have on file about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (where the law doesn't require us to keep it). Email contact@eagleaviationhq.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

Our services are booked by adults. We do not knowingly collect information online from children under 13. Minors fly with us only with a parent or guardian's involvement and consent.
