Eagle Aviation Flight School
Terms of Service
Effective July 6, 2026
These terms apply when you book, pay for, or take part in services offered by Eagle Aviation ("Eagle Aviation," "we," "us"), a veteran-owned flight school operating at Pleasanton Municipal Airport (KPEZ), 340 Airport Rd, Pleasanton, TX 78064. By booking a flight or using this website, you agree to these terms.
Our services
- Discovery flights — a one-hour introductory flight in a Cessna 150 with a certified flight instructor, $195 USD with fuel included. A discovery flight counts as your first lesson, and the $195 applies toward training when you enroll.
- Flight training — FAA Part 61 instruction toward the private pilot certificate and advanced ratings, billed by aircraft and instructor time flown.
- Flight reviews — biennial flight reviews (BFR) and instrument proficiency checks (IPC) with a CFI.
- Pilot gear — Eagle Aviation is an authorized dealer for Sporty's Pilot Shop; gear orders are arranged individually.
Booking and payment
- All prices are stated and charged in U.S. dollars.
- Online payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection; Eagle Aviation never sees or stores your full card number.
- A booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. If we cannot honor a time you requested, we will contact you to reschedule or refund you in full.
- Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
What you need to fly
- Bring a government-issued photo ID to every flight.
- For your discovery flight to count as a loggable training hour, bring a driver's license and birth certificate, or a valid passport.
- Flight training for non–U.S. citizens requires TSA Flight Training Security Program approval before training begins; we will help you with the process.
- Solo flight and certificate milestones require an FAA medical certificate; your instructor will walk you through when and how to get one.
Safety and scheduling
- The pilot in command has final authority over every flight. Your instructor may delay, divert, shorten, or cancel a flight at any time for weather, aircraft condition, or any other safety consideration.
- Flights canceled by us for safety reasons are rescheduled free or refunded in full — your choice.
- Passengers and students must follow instructor directions on the ramp and in the aircraft at all times.
Assumption of risk and liability
Flight in small aircraft involves inherent risks. Before flying, students and discovery-flight guests will be asked to sign Eagle Aviation's liability acknowledgment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eagle Aviation's liability arising out of any booking or service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Website content
Content on this website is provided for general information about our services and about learning to fly. It is not flight instruction, and it does not replace the FAA regulations or your instructor's guidance.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above always reflects the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Atascosa County or Bexar County, Texas.
