Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective July 6, 2026

Eagle Aviation wants every flight to happen on a day that works for you and in conditions that are safe to fly. This policy explains how payments, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds work for discovery flights, flight training, and flight reviews at Pleasanton Municipal Airport (KPEZ).

Pricing and payment

• Discovery flights are $195 USD, fuel included, flown in our Cessna 150 with a certified flight instructor.
• Flight training and flight reviews (BFR / IPC) are billed based on aircraft and instructor time actually flown. We will discuss current rates with you before your first lesson.
• All prices are in U.S. dollars. Online payments are processed securely by Stripe; we also accept payment in person.

Rescheduling and cancellation by you

• 24 hours' notice or more: cancel or reschedule any booking at no charge. If you have already paid, you may choose a full refund or move your payment to the new date.
• Less than 24 hours' notice or no-show: we will offer to reschedule you one time as a courtesy. Refunds for late cancellations are handled case by case — call us and we will work with you.

Cancellation by Eagle Aviation

Flying safely comes first. If we cancel your flight for weather, aircraft maintenance, instructor availability, or any other safety-of-flight reason, you choose: a free reschedule to the next time that works for you, or a full refund of anything you have paid for that flight.

Refund processing

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Card refunds are initiated within 5 business days of approval and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
• Prepaid training funds that have not been flown are refundable on request.

How to cancel or reschedule

Call (830) 570-9790 or email contact@eagleaviationhq.com with your name and booking date. We confirm every cancellation and refund by email.
